I've been running the AMS Pulley ever since my build by AMS. Yes, it also has the 2mm discrepancy. I see no erroneous wear of the belt nor do I see any indication of excessive pressure being applied unevenly to the inner portion of the pulley. I trust the AMS products. None have ever let me down. As a number of members here know, I don't do short jaunts in my Z. My Z gets driven substantial miles every year I've owned it. My recent trip to Z Nationals and then ZCon and back (over 6,000kms) and trip to ZDayZ have surely tested the abilities of the AMS Pulley and the other AMS products installed. Zero failures, problems or issues to date. However, if there's ever a problem, you can rest assured I will invoke the warranty aspect of their product. You'll be happy to know that the MSP manifolds that AMS got from Z1 and installed on my Z are still working fine as well.
